  • Study and preparation of withholding tax returns (form 770, CU, etc.), including the processing and management of withholding taxes

In this regard, it may carry out consultancy services on tax optimization; tax litigation, including the search for settlement and conciliatory agreements with the national tax authorities also for disputes involving permanent establishments of non-resident subjects; consultancy in the application of bilateral treaties against double taxation, transfer pricing, tax compliance for direct and indirect taxes; assistance in requesting and obtaining VAT and tax refunds in general to non-residents.

We also carry out a tax representation and direct identification service for VAT purposes.

A peripheral office of the NATIONAL TAX ASSISTANCE CENTER CONSULENTI DEL LAVORO Srl - CAF CDL has been operating within our firm for years, authorized to exercise tax assistance to employees and retirees in implementation of the provisions of article 34. of Legislative Decree No. 241 of 9 July 1997 on 09/04/2003 and registered in the Employee Register with No. 67.

Born in 2003, it has now become a consolidated and continuously growing reality, with specific competence and professionalism.

The CAF CDL carries out tax assistance activities to individuals, employees and retirees, providing complete advice on mod. 730, ISEE, IMU, UNICO, and RED.

It also offers a service for preparing and presenting declarations on inheritance matters and for carrying out telematic transmissions through an integrated online platform.
